Joining U3A Ringwood
The steps to join U3A Ringwood are slightly different depending on if you are:
Joining U3A Ringwood for the 1st time
Renewing your membership for next year
Re-joining us after your prior membership expired
If you are joining us for the first time you can either do so online or with paper forms.
If you wish to join us online, you need:
To have an email address,
Click on the blue “Login” icon opposite
Once the login page is displayed, click on ‘Enrol as A New Member‘.
Complete Add New Member Details form
Check your input. Note you must be a full financial member of another U3A to enrol as an Associate member
Click on the Code of Conduct check box
Enter the alphabetic code
Then, click on ‘Submit‘.
After you submit the online new member form, we will send you an email explaining how to login, check your details and enrol in our classes. Check your email SPAM folder if it is not received within 10 minutes.
If you prefer paper membership forms, you can ask for them by contacting our Office or by downloading them here.
Please ensure you have read our Code of Conduct documention before completing your membership applicatiion. You can access it here.
If you are an existing U3A Ringwood member, you renew your annual membership when you re-enrol in next year’s courses. This usually occurs from 1st November each year and can be done either online or by using paper forms.
If you wish to use the online option to renew your membership:
Login to our membership application (see blue login icon opposite)
Select and confirm your courses for next year
Verify that your member details are up to date.
Pay your fees online (no paperwork involved) or go to office to pay for fees with cash or cheque (please bring copy of invoice)

If you wish to use the off line option to renew your membership:
You need to complete the paper membership renewal application form (very little input needed if you have also selected your courses online)
Bring the form to our office with your membership fee payment (correct cash amount or cheque only).
Next year’s application forms will be available from October each year.
