Verify Your Member Information

It’s important to keep your membership details up to date – particularly your email address, your phone numbers and your emergency contact details. To edit your membership details:

To login to our membership System click on the blue Member Portal  icon opposite.


When Member Portal Home Page is displayed, click on either “Login with email address” or ”Login with member number” on the right hand side of the screen.

    If you have forgotten or do not have a password click on Rest Password  and use the  registration number from password recovery email we will send you.


    Click on Change My Contact Details in the left hand menu.

    Ensure that all your details are correct, especially the following:

    • your street address
    • your phone numbers
    • your email address
    • your Emergency Contact details

    If you have amended your details click Save button to save the changes.

    If you made no changes, click Home on the top left hand of screen to return to the home page. Log out when you have finished.
